DMR's Elbert: Business industry wary of tax credit revamp
…I mention this because lawmakers have been asked by Gov. Chet Culver to overhaul Iowa’s somewhat disjointed list of tax credits.
That’s not a bad idea.
But the request comes when Iowa’s government is facing huge deficits that are forcing deep cuts to state programs.
