IOWA POLITICS EXPOSED: Culver's new attack video takes distortion to a new low

Chet Culver’s got a new video out, called “Eight Pay Raises”. It tries to meld the “cook the books” ideas that we’ve already refuted here with a new theme, saying that Terry Branstad as governor took eight pay raises while the state was in trouble.

I know that these are political ads, but the Culver campaign’s taking it lower than I’ve seen in ads before.
